Apart from the above services, our Service Centre also caters to the following :

 - Authorized dealer / repairer of Casio watches & data equipment.
 - Collection / Delivery point at all TG outlets nationwide for service & repair sets.
 - Hub for spare parts & accessories order.
 - Inquiries (call-in & walk-in) on repair / service / claims.

In order to provide utmost customer' services & prompt attention to customers needs and requirement, our Service Centre is equipped with skilled technicians to perform accurate diagnostics and to ensure the watches received for repair is resolved with speed, at the same time maintaining the highest level of quality services.

The primary objective of our Service Centre is to attend and resolve all degrees of service / repairs / warranty claims within 14 working days from the date of receipt. During this period, customers are notified or advised accordingly in the event major repairs, incurring costs or a delayed waiting period is called for.
